eBay is not here. They do not monitor these Community Boards.
It appears from the screenshots you posted that the buyer first opened a SNAD case with eBay, you didn’t respond, and they then opened a chargeback with their credit card company, which the credit card company found in their favor and refunded them through?
If you had responded through the original case, this would have been over by now. You can’t ever win a SNAD case. I’m surprised that the buyer didn’t simply escalate the original case to eBay. If that had happened, eBay would have refunded them from your funds, let them keep the item, not refunded your seller fees, and hit you with a defect against your seller account.
When you don’t have enough funds in the account you receive payments to for the refund to be pulled out, they require you to enter a payment method, payout the refund, THEN they release the buyer’s payment to you right after that. Had you responded to the case, this would be over by now.
If there’s more to this, let us know. Sometimes it’s hard to see all the little details of a situation from our end as our ability to answer is sometimes choked by our inability to see intricate information.

Once the buyer files with their payment processor for the Item not as described, it is difficult for eBay to side with the seller and the bank claws back the payment from eBay.
eBay will then claw back the money from the seller.
I'm not sure why the case is not showing as closed, but the comments show that eBay has made their decision.
In the first post you show "dispute outcome" and the results. Is that in your messages? If so, I think you have your answer. It looks like they also may send you an explanation letter.
