I bought Windows Server 2019 Standard from a seller and it ended up being fake.
I messaged the seller, but the seller no longer has an account.
(Presumably lost for selling counterfeit)
And evidently, there's nothing Ebay will do about this?
I can't file any kind of dispute because "This item isn't covered my the money back guarantee"
I didn't realize you needed a guarantee that you'd get a refund if you never receive what you purchased these days.
It was my understanding that the guarantee was for quality issues and stuff like that.
Not that they can send you a brick instead of a TV and you're out of luck because it wasn't covered by the guarantee.
What is this, Silk Road?

File a payment dispute with your funding source.

Yeah, that's what I'm doing.
Just difficult to believe that Ebay does literally nothing when this sorta thing happens now.
I can't even dispute receiving the item.
So now people don't even have to ship anything to make disputes more difficult.

Unfortunately, true in certain circumstances.
