So I have a vanilla gift card (pre paid card) and I have left over eBay money sitting on my account can I use both at once for a purchase since the pre paid card is basically entered as a credit or debit card?

What is a "vanilla gift card"?  

As to your Ebay account, if you have money in your MP account and you have Enrolled in using that money for shopping on Ebay, you can use it.

Humm.  In theory you should be able to do it, but I suppose you won't know until you try.
