I made an offer on an item. The seller accepted. I paid for the item using paypal. Then I got an email from eBay saying my payment didn't go through, so I clicked on the "pay now" button in the email. It took me back to the eBay page that says the item was paid for. The seller says only the shipping wasn't paid for. There is no button that allows me to pay for the item or the shipping now and I can't cancel the order and the seller can't cancel the order. We don't know what to do and there is no way to get a live person to help at eBay. Any advice?
