Buyers BLOCKED ?

I have NO Restrictions on eBay yet a few buyer have said Bid Not Allowed.

The Buyer over 1000 - 100% Feedback.

So nothing to do with issues.

I see nothing to adjust or fix yet, problem still present. I have heard this the last few months from bidders they could not. **bleep** me off losing bids. Any IDEA’s . Thanks Rick

Do you have your buyer preferences set to block buyers with two or more unpaid item strikes?

If so, that’s your answer. They are buyers with multiple payment strikes against them.

Without the exact error message they are getting, all we can do is make guesses.
