Partial Shipping Refund

How do I give a partial refund on shipping for a customer who purchased multiple items after the customer has paid?  I have attempted to do so by opening the order details but it does not offer a box to enter a set amount.  Thank you for your assistance.

Try this:

1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.
3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.
4) Confirm the refund

1. Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
2. From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
3. Choose a reason for the refund.
4. Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
5. Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
