Sold an item, buyer paid, funds are on hold, and would like to cancel due to the package being too large to ship via USPS, or UPS. FedEx will ship the item but the shipping fees are very expensive. I have contacted the buyer and notified them of the situation and apologized for the issue. How do I move forward with this?
