Package size restrictions

I'm trying to find out if a padded envelope with enclosed item, total weight being 2 oz. with dimensions 5" x 6," is too small to go through USPS.  I can't seem to find any shipping information about size restrictions.  Where can I find this information?

According to USPS, the minimum package size is at least 6 inches in length, 3 inches in width, 1/4 of an inch in thickness, or 6 x 3 x 0.25.
