I ordered 3 items and I asked the seller to package all 3 together. The seller did an awesome job, however during the shipping phase and delivery I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS, however it shows that the items were delivered… I reached out to the seller and obviously because it says it’s delivered he/she isn’t obligated to send another shipment out. I reach out to eBay and they closed the case saying that the seller provided delivered shipping information.. After escalating the case, BELLE from eBay responded saying that they are overturning the case because the item was stolen during shipment.( I wouldn’t know that information). She stated that I would get a full refund for the items, however eBay says partial refund and I only received payment for one of 3 items. Unfortunately you can’t respond to their messages directly and everything is automated so you can’t talk to anyone. IS THERE ANYWAY TO EMAIL OR CALL EBAY DIRECTLY?
