The label appears to have been missing a state. The package is being sent back to me now. I paid over $10 for the label and it's not fair for me to have to pay for that and the seller fee because the buyer messed up their address - no state was listed. What are my options?

Hi @kitionline
If the buyer wants the item reshipped … they will have to supply the money for postage.
If the buyer wants a refund … you can withhold the original shipping cost from the refund.
[BTW, it doesn’t look like you noticed the missing state in the address before you printed the label.]

Thanks. I contacted eBay and they also said I can give a partial refund and withhold the shipping cost.
It's very odd to me that eBay allowed the address with a missing state. I figured that if an address is invalid, it wouldn't work. In the future I will surely be checking the address.
