Package arrived open and empty

I ordered an item from here and when my package was delivered to my mailbox I came out to get it. When I opened my mailbox the package was open and there was only a receipt and wrapping paper in it. The box had one flap of it cut open with what might have been a box cutter because it had no signs of being ripped. As soon as I got the notification for my package arriving I came out and got it so it couldn’t have been porch pirates and I think it may have been the usps driver or a packager who stole what was inside. What am I able to do about this?

Is there a sticker or rubber stamp verbiage stating the package was received damaged/without contents?  If so, send photos of the package to your seller.  If the seller will not help you, then do this:

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return, or refund your full payment and not pay to have the item returned. You print out the label, affix it to the polymailer with the damaged box inside, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
