So I mailed PlayStation video a few weeks ago. It was mailed from Chicago and was going to Milwaukee. Tracking got it all the way to Milwaukee and then said next place next place next place. Next thing you know, there's an empty package that's been ripped open....Sitting in my mailbox. Inside a plastic bag and the post office says they're sorry. I refunded The buyer. But not sure what I should do next. Was only a $7.50 item and shipping cost me about $4. Now I am out $11 and the item. Not sure if it's worth complaining to the post office about that? Help. Appreciate it.
