Overcharged on a shipping label

eBay calculated shipping on the order was $13 and when I printed the shipping label it charged me $25. Is there any recourse I can take ?

ebay uses the information you submitted when you created the listing.  What service was selected, what was the weight, and dimensions of the package?  Did you make any changes when you went to actually print out the shipping label?
