I sold a baseball card to a buyer in June 2023. The buyer contacted me yesterday (July 15, 2024) saying they never received the item. The order total is less than $5.00.
The single card was shipped via eBay Standard Envelope. The tracking number has expired, so I can't see any tracking information.
There aren't any options in the order for refund, etc. I assume this is because it's so old. My understanding is that per eBay policy, a buyer should notify the seller of an issue within 30 days. In this case, the buyer waited 13 months.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? If so, how did you handle it?

@nygiants20 i would let them know it's been a year, not a month. maybe they confused the year.
