The time to check shipping and handling fee (and whether it will ship to your location AND how long it will take to get there, and what carrier and class of service will be used if you think that is important) is before you commit to buy, from the Shipping, Returns & Payments tab of the listing on the full website (I don't trust the apps or any other display, and make sure it is set to your zipcode).  If you don't agree that you will pay that much and wait that long, don't commit to buy.
