I placed an offer on an item and was accepted. Immediately after the seller started communicating with me and was removing parts from the item that I purchased. Seller was essentially changing the item and removing parts that were initially included. When I asked seller to refund my purchase they said that the money hadn’t cleared into their bank account so there is nothing to refund! I asked them to cancel the order on eBay because they changed the item posted. What else can I do to cancel this order?
