Order was shipped and delivered by GMD instead of UPS. Order details show, in error, shipped by UPS

Instead of Seller shipping by UPS per the order details, he shipped by General Merchandise Delivery  and the order was received on July 27.  Then, Ebay sent email on July 28 stating shipment made on July 28 by UPS.  Need to cancel the order details for July 28 because there was no shipment made on July 28.
