Order number not found

I purchased a leather jacket from  Asaavileathers through  ebay which turned out to be too large, however when trying to return the item, I'm informed that my order number could not be found. Am I stuck with this $200 jacket? This is the first and perhaps the last time I shop on ebay. Please help

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? The account you are using to post was registered on February 6th of this year.

You should be able to see everything you have purchased using this account on your Purchase History page.
