I am new to selling on ebay, I recently sold an item. Since I am new, they withold my payment for 3 days after delivery to verify customer is satisfied. But the delivery was not updated on the order status. I contacted the buyer and he told me he already received the item. How can I contact Ebay to let them know of the delivery and to release my money... thanks for your help in this matter.
