Order Placed and have not received it and send messages to seller no response

Ordered placed and cannot get any response and the seller does no respond and will not provide tracking information

Sellers are not required to give tracking information since not all of them use the eBay shipping center.  Check your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date for the item.  Once this date passes by at least one day you can open a case for an "Item not received".  You must do this within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the seller cannot prove with tracking that the item has been delivered or is still in transit you would win the case.
