Good evening
I placed an order and the seller has come back to advise that they had discovered some black marks on it that can’t be fixed. We’ve agreed that they will cancel the order and they have advised that the money will be refunded.
That leaves me with 3 questions: will I get thr nectar points back that were partially applied, how long does the refund process take and do I need to do anything else? I tried to cancel the order my end but it says too late!
