An eBay store emailed me saying I had opened a dispute against them and because of that there store has been closed. I did not do that, and have to record of opening a dispute, but I feel horrible I case I did it by accident somehow. I would love to help this store owner but can’t get a hold of anyone at eBay that can clear this situation up. What can I do to help this shop?
