Trying to buy an item I was offered, but cannot even get to the check out screen, says oops something g went wrong

Are you signed in to the same eBay account that received the offer?

What happens if you go to the item listing and try to purchase there?

Well, I can go to buy it now, but then says the seller is not accepting bids from me.?but they are the ones who sent the offer, and the offer is still good for me to view n my eBay. Sent message to seller, no response, scam??

It sounds like you may not be meeting the seller's buyer requirements. If so, you will not be able to buy from that seller.
