Shipped out an item within 48 hours of buyer purchasing it. Entered tracking number. Next thing I know a notification pops up saying I still had to ship that very item. Upon clicking on the notification, message acknowdges that I shipped it. I Updated eBay app to latest version but the erroneous notification is still there. How do I get rid of it? More important, shouldn't it sync with tracking such that it doesn't look like I'm delinquent? This just started happening mid January 2023.
