Not toot gas preventive

I order no toot for my dog helps with gas,  I received no scoot **bleep** gland support. trying to return for refund but ebay is requesting a picture I have no way of taking one any suggestions? an no I'm not asking a neighbor why is a picture necessary ?

Requesting a photo is a recent change.  If you don't have a smart phone to take a photo, You need to contact ebay.
