I have some items I m willing to buy but I couldn’t pay .

@alnamahme   Does the seller ship to Oman?  Click on the shipping tab on a computer and see if Oman is listed WITH a shipping price.  If you do not see a shipping price then the seller doesn't ship to you and you won't be able to pay.

Even if you are having the item delivered to the US and then forwarded the seller may not accept foreign currency payments due to the extra fees that PayPal charges the seller.
