A customers item was damaged on the way to their house and they were being rude about it but I don't have time to deal with it. I shipped it priority and was told that the post office would refund it because priority has $50 of insurance on the package but my buyer refuses to even try to go to the post office.
I don't accept returns on the order, however I am trying to get her a refund for the item but I can't find anywhere where I can get it for her.
YOU are the one to file the claim with USPS. You can do that online.
You can refund your buyer through Paypal. Find the buyer's payment, click on "Refund".
