No price for Sm flat rate box

When shipping it seems Ebay no longer offers the option for a sm flat rate USPS priority mail box. Rate right now is about $9.25 at the P.O. Does anyone know if Ebay is going to bring it back?

I can see it when I click Compare all services (below the services shown when I opened the page).

Thank you for your reply but when I open the 'change Shipping services' I see Economy, Standard, Expedited and One Day. But not a 'Compare all services' button. I know Ebay is always changing things but I will keep looking for it.
