No pictures of watched items

Hello, I'm trying to figure out why my eBay app is not functioning properly. When I tap on an item to view details it will not show me the pictures of the item, only the information about it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times and still cannot view the pictures of any item I tap on. The app is on my Samsung tab S2 9.7 tablet running Android 7, my eBay version is 6.49.0.3. Was working fine up until 01/23/25, don't know what happened!??

Lots of folks seem to be having problems with the app; most of those folks appear to be using very old versions of the app or very old operating systems.

Are you able to update your operating system or update your eBay app version?

Are you able to view items and bid or buy if you use a browser instead of the app?

Not able to update the app nor my OS. But I can go to ebay through Chrome and do what I need to do. Looks like I need to get a newer tablet!! Tab S2 hasn't been able to get updates for several years now! Thanks.
