No option to ask ebay to step in and help.

Hi, got damaged item and requested return an item for a refund  25th of January , no response from the seller since nor there is no option to ask ebay to step in and help. What can i do. Thank you.

The seller has 3 business days to respond.  After that you will see the option to ask eBay to step in.  Not all sellers work on the weekends so it is unfair to expect a resolution that quickly.

If all you did was to message the seller about the problem, since they have not replied go to your purchase history and click on the more actions button to the right of the listing title. Select return this item, and then a reason for the return, in this case not as described.

By doing those things you will open an official ebay return dispute, and the seller will have to respond within 3 days, if they do not, there will be an ask ebay to step in button.  If the seller responds saying they cannot purchase  return shipping label (A common problem with international transactions) you ask ebay to step in and they will provide one for the seller.

Since you are located in Georgia, if you signed up to use ebay on one of the European sites, you may want to login to it, and post your issue on that site's Community.  There can be some minor differences in the return processes on those sites.

I did opened an official ebay return dispute in Jan 25 and the seller had 3 days but there is no option to ask ebay , shipping address was US address.

Did you open a Return Request?  Three full business days after you opened the case you should see the option to Ask eBay To Step In.
