No authenticity badge. I followed all the steps and met all criteria.

I believe for the Authenticity Guarantee to apply, the seller must be located in the USA, and the buyer must also be located in the USA.  Your registration shows you are located in Canada.

I’ve seen other postings of people who have the badge and their location is same as me in Canada…I tried listing under eBay.ca & .com didn’t work no badge.
