Is there any way to compel a buyer to produce feedback or provide satisfaction of product so that I can move the file to the "Completed" folder?

Sold an item for $225.  Tracked item to buyers address.  Item was insured so I need to get some verification that item arrived in good condition.  

Buyer has not resonded to 2 e-mails asking for confirmation of receipt and requesting feedback.

I spend more time trying to get confirmation of receipt than I do in crafting the auction.  I feel as if I am still on the hook until buyer has left feed back to complete transaction.

Thoughts?
