Hello I requested an issue I contacted eBay about be escalated to a supervisor. The issue involves scams via eBay that put me and others at risk. It has now been > 45 minutes since I hung up the phone after hearing is that the next available supervisor will call me back. What is your experience with eBay supervisors actually calling back? In this case, there is time urgency involved because a scam perpetrated through eBay places me at risk. I can delineate the scam in this forum this afternoon but thought I'd first talk to eBay about it. I realize eBay does not really want customers contacting them but it seems to me important in this case since many other people are probably at risk too. This is not simply a matter of my wanting to send the information to their fraud department. That would not be sufficient. Because I've already been placed at risk so I need more information from them. How about you?
