I am new to all this, but I am doing pretty well for a novice. My question is how do I improve my listings?

I looked at a few of your listings.  Your titles are good, but could be better if you used all 80 characters that are available.  Your photos are good and clear.

I think you need improvement in the shipping area.  Your neg feedback all state that the packaging was poor.  You need to use a sturdy BOX to ship your items in.  If the original box is damaged, show that in your photos and description.
