New format problems

Anyone else in eBay world having problems with the new format? We can't figure out how to send an offer to an interested watcher anymore. When we click on the (Edit) box in front of the item, we can't get anything to "dropdown" from there.  We are unable to make offers to watchers.

Go to

Seller Hub > Listings > Active

In the Quick Filter, you will see how many listings have watchers, and you can then click on it and see which listings those are, and then have an opportunity to send an offer to any of the watchers.
