We accepted an offer but the transaction didn't go through for some reason. Now the offer has expired. How can I contact the buyer to offer it directly to him/her at the offer price?

A new eBay buyer opted for local pickup so we contacted her about when she'd like to pick it up and explained we are in another state. She won't respond to our messages so we think she doesn't see the messages or how to get to them.
