A new eBay buyer opted for local pickup so we contacted her about when she'd like to pick it up and explained we are in another state. She won't respond to our messages so we think she doesn't see the messages or how to get to them.

Anyone else in eBay world having problems with the new format? We can't figure out how to send an offer to an interested watcher anymore. When we click on the (Edit) box in front of the item, we can't get anything to "dropdown" from there. We are una...
