I have been trying (numerous times) to make changes to our display page for the new format. Once I edit the sections and upload a properly sized picture - nothing changes. I cannot save the changes or "preview the changes" I have made either. I contacted ebay via website and someone actually did call me back. Unfortunately, he knew nothing about what I was trying to accomplish, had me on hold for a while as usual and then disconnected the call. I've also tried the "chat" option and typed in my issue, but the AI didn't understand either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
