Hello everybody I have been trying to post some Neutrogena purescreen mineral beach defense sunscreen however each time I try to list I get the following message,
“This item is not permitted under the Product Safety policy. Please do not relist.<244417-1195439x}”
I see there are many other listings of this exact same product. Does anybody know why I continue to get this message? I get this message for any kind of Neutrogena sunscreen I try to list.
Thanks for your help, I’m somewhat new at selling so still trying to learn all there is to know.
