Negative review

Help.   I have a negative review.   The case was ruled in my favor.   But review is interfering in my sales.  eBay has not taken it off although i was told negative reviews would be removed.  What can I do?

Have you reached out to the buyer and ask if they would be willing to revise the feedback?  If they are, you would need to send them a feedback revision form.
