The buyer ask to cancel few orders because someone has hacked the account and make alot of bids in her name so I help her and cancel thoese orders, after that I surprised to have 5 negative feedback the reason never received the item "really"
Is there any solution for this situation I send the buyer the request to change the negative feed back but I don't know if the customer care to change it.
