I have started selling in the last 6 months and have just recently had an issue with buyers leaving negative feedback. Both times were undeserved and the buyer reversed the feedback both times, but I used two of the five revision requests in just three days. Do any of the experienced sellers out there have any advice for handling these situations. My understanding is that I have to submit a request for the buyer to be able to change the feedback, even if they were mistaken in leaving it to begin with. Is this correct? Thank you, Scott

Yes, you get so many Revision Requests at a time. Why are buyer leaving incorrect feedback, was there some confusion in your listing or something else you might be able to refine to help avoid them?
Make sure you never send a Revisions Request unless you first have contacted the buyer and made reasonably sure they will use it, or it goes wasted.

"Make sure you never send a Revisions Request unless you first have contacted the buyer"... Thank you!! This is something I haven't thought about. The most recent negative was due to the buyer not reading the description or even looking at the pictures. They said a defect in the item (chip) wasn't disclosed when it was directly shown in two pictures and the description not only listed it, but told exactly where to look for it. Buyer apologized, but couldn't change the feedback. I issued a refund and let them keep the item because I want all my customers to be happy with there purchase, but all of that was after the feedback was already on record.

@tidey5jiy if the revision requests run out or for some other reason don't go thru, ask the buyer to leave a follow up on their neg feedback explaining the mistake.
if that doesn't happen, u can leave a follow up comment on their neg feedback with the explanation

Thank you. That sounds like a great option when the time comes.
