I received this negative (Which this buyer has left for their last 20 purchases):
"You stole double the amount of the order. Than You locked My account"
Obviously, as a seller, I can't charge anyone twice or lock any accounts. The eBay feedback removal system says this does not violate any policy, customer service says there is no appeal process and LASTLY, eBay for Business on Facebook told me, "This should have been removed...but" and they have not been able to take it down either.
Does this forum have any access to an eBay employee with any authority? This is so silly.

Ebay has automated their feedback removal system. There is now a Feedback Removal Request form on their site. If the feedback violates their policies, it should be removed. In the past, it seems eBay phone reps were not concerned if a Buyer leaves the same negative for all Sellers. I would focus on the facts of your transaction. Did the Buyer contact you first? Did they request a refund?
In the meantime, you can report the Buyer and also respond professionally to their feedback. I'm sorry this happened to you and wish you the best of luck.

No, The buyer got what he paid for with no issues. I tried reaching out and got no response. This feedback is obviously saved on their system and they just click it every time. You'd think eBay would fix this.
