Need to refund but I don't have enough money, plus package I delivered wasn't received

Hi. So I had delivered a package with USPS , I paid about $16 to ship it in time but the buyer said they didn't get the package. And now I think I have to refund them, but my eBay funds aren't enough but it's all I have. I don't have any other money on me. What do I do?

You can list a credit card for seller fees and reimbursements.  That way, ebay won't access your checking account.  By the time the credit card gets around to billing you, you should have enough to repay.
