Need help retracting best offer. Option not available when I pull up item

ENTERED ITEM NUNBER ABD “item not found” is message received? Have gone to boss & offers and upon pulling up item, I see only “your offer has been sent” 

NO OPTION TO RETRACT BEST OFFER?

If you've made a mistake when making an offer , you can retract or cancel it in certain circumstances.

You can retract an offer only if:

• There are 12 hours or more left before the listing ends
• You placed your most recent offer less than an hour ago

Go to your My Ebay summary page: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/summary

Click on "Bids & Offers" and you will be able to see your offer. Select "Review offer" then select "Retract offer".
