Hello, I have a buyer who paid for two different orders and I printed two labels before realizing it was the same buyer. Then the buyer paid for another order that evening which I have not paid/printed the label for yet. he would like to have all three orders shipped in one package. I asked this question last night and I and one person respond saying to void the first 2 labels then weigh everything together in one package. Then when I print the label I can specify all items will be combined in one package. I voided the first two labels but now I can't combine all three orders still. Both are still showing shipped, the first order I can mark not shipped but when I click it seems to do nothing. The other order has no such option at all. I'm not sure what to do and I've been working on this for hours now with nothing to show. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks
