Need help choosing category

I have made 2 listings for the same item. Both were removed for not following policy. I listed the item under a different category the 2nd time and it was still removed. 

They completely deleted both listings. I had to start over because I wasn't allowed to revise and relist.

I have wisdom panel cat DNA test. Many have been sold on ebay.

What category do I need??? 

The email said You can't relist items we've ended.

So I can't list this at all now?

You will be suspended if you keep listing items that eBay removes.  I would guess that you are trying to list a CPAP item, which requires a prescription.  You cannot list them here.

No, it isn't a CPAP. It's not a medical device at all. It doesn't need a prescription. 

Numerous of the same item has sold on ebay. 

I have apparently listened in the wrong category.

You can't make two different listings for the same item, unless one is an auction and the other is a fixed price.

That's not what I did. My first listing was removed. I listed in the wrong category. I listed the item again in a different category but it was removed as well. 

I have learned that you can't list anything that has been previously removed. 

I have been in contact with customer service and they are in the process of fixing the issue.

Can anyone tell me how to delete this?? Thanks 

Some said there is a delete option but I don't see it.
