I have been trying to talk to somebody on support for the last hour. When I finally get through to a real person they are unable to even locate the item I am selling and offered no help whatsoever. They then said they needed to put me on hold. I waited on hold for a long time until the hold music stopped and it appeared that someone had picked up the line. I repeatedly said hello to no answer and eventually had to hang up as I had already wasted over 30 mins of my time. When trying to contact an agent again it is now not working, of course. I can tell that I will not be on here for that long if this is a regular occurrence on this platform. Very disappointed in eBay

You can't call - you have to let customer service call you.
To contact customer service, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -
