I have been dealing with incredible frustration trying to get a straight and correct answer from overseas "support" as they can't even seem to understand my question.
I qualify to be a Top Rated Seller. I have for years. We sell very delicate Native American Collectables. We only accept returns if we've misrepresented an item (which we are very careful not to do). We have not accepted the upgrade to be a recognized Top Rated Seller because it appears they require us to accept returns for 14 days. NOT gonna happen. What I can't get an answer on is this: There are exceptions. I copied below their explanation. It says in Jewelry & Watches, and MOST Collectables and Art categories, you need to offer 14 day free returns. WHERE IS THE LIST OF COLLECTABLE CATEGORIES THAT DON'T FALL INTO THIS REQUIREMENT???
In some product categories, we'll extend the discount benefit (but not the seal) even if you don't offer 30-day free returns.
See the full list of circumstances where the discount benefit applies
I'm so sick of the poorly trained eBay support pulling answers out of their asses. So, I'm turning to the community. Can you find this list?
Thanks for your help!

If 14 day returns "Ain't gonna happen", what exactly are you looking for? To qualify for TRS Plus you must offer a minimum of free 30 day returns or a 14 day return if the category permits it. There are no option less than 14 days.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
