Name change

Need to change my name on my account.  Not my use name my actual name. I find no options to do this.

You should be able to change your registered name here:

Your registered name must match the name on the checking account exactly if you are registered for Managed Payments.

Nope. Just username, email and phone number.

I have the option to edit full name and address, though you may see different options if you are registered for Managed Payments already, as your name must match your registered bank account.

They make things as difficult as possible and then provide to way to even contact them.  Congress needs to clean up this disaster

You can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
