I received an item that was listed NWT, once it arrived I noticed signs of wear on the purse, I took pictures and sent them to the seller, she denies that the item was used. I feel I should not have to pay $30 for shipping cost to receive and return this item when the seller was deceptive about the condition. What should I do? I would like to keep it, if some of what I paid would be returned to me, or the seller would cover the shipping fees
